At our tiny cottage, you may wind down at the spa or relax over a hot/ cold beverage at the upper level deck while bird watching or observing several water vessels as they ride by in warmer weather. If you fancy water activities, you may choose to ride in our 2 seater kayak or roast s’mores by the fireplaces.

The house sits on 4 acres full of wildlife and free of highway noise with a 2 acre pond centrally located in the University area of Fairfield. You can occasionally hear our wonderful neighbors especially on Labor Day weekend, and we also let the kids use one side of the pond for fishing. (Check it on Google map).

Bedroom has a long double Tempurpedic bed. Finished porch with dining table/ chairs and a desk/work area. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Patio with gas grill, popcorn air popper, rice and vegetable steamer. WIFI printer. Pack and play upon request. Washer and dryer, hair dryer.
