We enjoyed the stay at the Farm Cabin! It was wonderful and the scenery was beautiful. We got an opportunity to see farm life and participate in the farm chores. Carrie and Cody were very welcoming and knowledgeable teaching us about the day to day on their farm. We also enjoyed the hay fort and tunnel that was built by their kids!

This was our first Air BnB and we were very pleased with the experience. It was very easy to book, easy to use the cabin and the amenities, comfy beds with nice comforters, AC and heat units worked great, enjoyed hanging out on the deck and on the balcony off the upstairs balcony. After dinner from the grill, it was really relaxing to sit around a wood fire in the pit outside. It is set up very nicely, the beach towels for the hot tub were a nice touch, and we easily found everything we looked for (kitchen and grill stuff, etc.). Enjoyed listening to the frogs and watching birds flying around the pond. Very pleasant!

Canopy Hill House was a really lovely homebase for our family to explore the Catskills. We loved coming back from long days to soak in the hot tub, take in the view, and cook in the well appointed kitchen. The local recommendations that Amanda provided were really helpful, as it was our first time to the area. Our kids loved the selection of card games. The house was very comfortable and had a great aura.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! three of us stayed here for a weekend and it had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils/oil/sugar/salt that we needed to make meals. The house guidebook provided easy and complete instructions for everything from using the fireplace to turning on the sauna and using the hot tub. We enjoyed a ski day at Plattekill (20min drive) and wonderful food (Oda Wine!) and shopping in the town of Margaretville (10-15min drive). The rest of the weekend we relaxed and enjoyed watching the snow come down. If you're going drive up during the winter make sure you have tire chains and four wheel drive as the road to get to the house is windy and steep in some places. We didn't bother pulling all the way into the driveway to avoid getting stuck as the driveway was icy and we were expecting several more inches of snow while we were there.

Beautiful place for a getaway, quiet and serene. Everything was as described and more. We took our daughter for her first trip away from the city and she enjoyed the space, the sunshine, and the wildlife. She especially loved the beautiful windows as she said good morning to the trees. It feels cozy and spacious at the same time. A thunderstorm rolled in during our stay and the home somehow felt even cozier listening and watching the rain pour. The nearby town is picturesque and everyone was so warm and welcoming. Georgia was so responsive to any questions & really thought of everything her guests could possibly need.
