Monthly Rentals in New Moscow

I regularly come to Coshocton to do genealogy research and Amy's place is my go-to stay. It is in the perfect location, with a number of restaurants and the Coshocton library all within easy walking distance. The studio apartment is always clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is a smaller version refrigerator with nice-sized freezer and refrigerator sections. I love that I am staying in a piece of history while researching my family history.

We loved our stay here. Easily the nicest place we have stayed. Jared communicated so well up front and even let us access the place early. The house is gorgeous and clean. Perfectly remodeled while still keeping the original charm. Plenty of towels, blankets. Soaps, etc. fully stocked coffee bar was an amazing touch. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

This was the second time we have stayed at "The Little Blue House". We enjoyed it even more because we knew where everything was and where we wanted to put our things. It's very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. Not to mention the beach decor is wonderful. This visit we had a chance to sit and relax on the front porch and also take a walk around the lovely back yard. It is a very welcoming and cozy place to come back to after a long drive or day.
