Great stay. Place was spotless and location was perfect walking distance to multiple places we needed to go. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Hibou Blanc - Historic Bakery. The Marigny Triangle Neighborhood was perfect. Near venues for the wedding festivities we were attending, walkable to restaurants, the French Quarter, and a grocery store. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room for 8 people. We appreciated the attention to detail ... bath towels were soft and luxurious. The kitchen table with bench seating and chairs was a favorite place to gathering for meals and a game of cards. We highly recommend staying at the Le Hibou Blanc - Historic Bakery.

The place was perfect for our needs, hosting out-of-town guests for the weekend. We put two families in the main house together. A few of the bedrooms connect or are pass-throughs, so this worked well for people who are familiar with each other. Even still, almost everyone had their own well-appointed bathroom and very comfortable beds. There are another two stand alone rooms with ensuite bathrooms by the pool as well that have lots of privacy. It's a fun and funky sprawling house, and we were able to pay an event fee to have a few additional guests over for a pool party, which was really perfect and a unique opportunity, as this is not possible at many properties. Daniel and Lauren were very accommodating, helpful and communicative.

Great place to stay! The host’s stay in the other side of the duplex, so they’re on hand to take care of anything. The pool is amazing after walking around the French Quarter all afternoon!

Kent's place was fabulous and just what we needed. We were on a multi-generational trip with ages ranging from 9 months to 90 years. Everyone had plenty of space. The location was spectacular. Many amazing jazz venues steps from the house made it easy to get out and listen to amazing music and quickly get back if needed. We were able to walk to the French Market, to Washington Park, and to pretty much anywhere in the French Quarter. I loved the architecture inside the house. The only downfall-and this did not impact my rating because it is out of Kent's control-is the nightclub across the street. I had read the reviews and brought earplugs but it was still difficult to sleep at night in the main upstairs bedroom that faces the club. Granted, I am a light sleeper in general but it was as if the club was in the room with us because of the heavy bass. The rest of our party slept ok in the other bedrooms. Hopefully the nightclub will close down as it was pretty much empty every night.

I'll start with the huge appreciation I have for everything being as advertised and the incredibly responsive hosts, very proactive before the visit and responding in minutes if not seconds with a few questions we did have. The house was big, clean, and very comfortable, with a lot of great places to eat or drink just a few blocks away.

George was a great host! Very responsive!

Comfortable stay, Donald even dropped off extra water and toilet paper for our 1 night stay.

The place was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with allowing us to check in early and check out later. We enjoyed our stay!

We live the location of this house, close to the levee and the ferry and walkable to a great wood-fired pizza restaurant, taco stands, and coffeehouses. The house itself is quaint and comfortable.

It’s a great place to stay with a place to keep your boat on a lift. Well worth the money for the amenities, and a very friendly host.

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying here. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was amazing. We were less than 20 mins for every place we wanted to visit. Our host, Bailey was extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to return here to stay during our next visit to NOLA.

Carrie’s beautiful home was absolutely perfect for my family! It was clean from top to bottom! The southern charm and detail to everything in house was amazing! Carrie’s house was one of the best stays we have had! Definitely would stay again!

The house was great! It was easy access to everywhere in the city. The house was spacious, clean and updated. The host (Garrett) responded back quickly to all communications and were very helpful and proactive. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to New Orleans!

Overall, we had a great experience here. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. The place was clean and well stocked. It’s very close to many of the areas we needed to get to, and it felt safe & secure.

We had an awesome stay, and the hosts were phenomenal! In addition to taking great care of us, they also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Each bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. All the amenities were in excellent condition, including a new washer and dryer. Parking was included, which made things so much easier—no need to worry about finding a spot on the street. Overall, we were very satisfied, and our family truly enjoyed the stay!

We had a great time, the place was super cute and host was super communicative. There were a couple things wrong with the backyard but it was also pretty rough weather the night before we got there so no worries for real! Super responsive and communicative tho. If staying with a large group definitely worth the price!

Nick was a great host. He communicated well, check in was easy, the area was nice, and the house was clean and beautiful. It was also a great location as everywhere seemed to be less than a ten minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. We were in town for a reunion weekend. The place was great for large groups, there was everything we needed for the weekend close by, and within the unit. Walkable to convenience stores and grocery for provisions, walkable to bourbon street and the streetcar right outside for easy ways to get around the city. The pool was great to escape the heat of the day! Loved our stay, comfortable all around, would happily return.

Beautiful House! plenty of space for a large group of people.

The Syd was PERFECT for my best friends bachelorette party. We were hesitant to book a place with a shared pool space and attached units (we are naturally loud) but 110% glad we did. We ended up feeling extremely safe and secure and loved having a space that required a passcode to even access our unit and the pool space. The street The Syd is located on felt safe and was clean. Pool area was extremely cute and cozy. The unit we stayed in itself was beautiful. 10/10 and highly recommend for a group stay!
