Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in New Orleans

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Suzanna's place is a beautiful renovation of a Bywater Double. Has a full kitchen and bath. It is in best location close to great restaurants, bakeries and bars. It's also very close to the French Quarter. Its fun to just walk around the neighborhood. Suzanna responded immediately to any questions I had. Would definitely book here again. Honestly, didn't want to leave.

Kay’s house was beautiful. Much bigger than we expected based off of the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Extremely clean, lots of amenities — including spices in the kitchen cupboard and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, which we weren’t expecting. Kay was also gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late, which most hosts would be hesitant to do. Highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in New Orleans. Only downside was the location, which isn’t near any grocery stores, but there are fast food and convenience stores nearby, which work perfectly fine if you have a short stay or don’t plan on being home much.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Michelle was a great responsive host whenever we needed something, we could just text her and she would get back to us right away. Had a lot of great recommendations of fun things to do in New Orleans and great places to check out that we’re off the beaten path and not so touristy!

Hunter's place is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Some previous guests complained about the train noise, but this was minimal during our stay and not an issue. Bus is 1.5 blocks away and the bus pass is cheap and easy. Can save the uber for late nights. Plus there are plenty of great eateries w/o heading to the Quarter. We loved it. Might need a new battery in the fan remote and a table lamp in the LR. Also, would be nice to see the floor plan in the listing. It wouldn't work for everyone. You have to walk through both BRs to get to the bathroom. Was not a problem for us. Very clean. Smelled great. Nice backyard space. Comfy furnishings all around. Would definitely stay again. Love this house and its location! The house itself is clean and comfortable with a lovely backyard space. The hosts thought of everything with clear instructions around the house. All you might want to do is within walking distance including the French Quarter and neighborhood restaurants. Would definitely stay again when in New Orleans!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Eric is a fabulous host!!! He was so helpful and so good to us! We had a wonderful stay and actually wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely stay again!

Exactly as described and maybe even better in person! A quick walk to the FQ, but a pretty cheap Uber if you get tired of walking. We stayed a whole week, so it was nice to have somewhere close by to relax, refresh and escape the heat between exploring the city for the day and going out for the evening. Everything was great from their recommendations to the amenities! I’ll add one more recommendation- if it’s hot and you need to cool off, go to Erin Rose (right off Bourbon) for the best frozen Irish Coffee. It’s not super heavy on the booze, but it is amazing when walking around in the heat!

A great spot for a short stay in The Big Easy. The place is cosy and gives you good access to both Bourbon and Magazine Streets.

I had such a lovely stay at Kate and Robert’s place! Great location close to everything. Went to Honey’s for coffee every morning which is 2 blocks away. I checked in in the middle of a downpour and Robert came out and met me with an umbrella and helped me inside — he was so sweet! The apartment is really cute and the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend ♥️

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. Beautiful hidden gem minutes from French Quarter. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the action without the noise. The only issue we had was getting our luggage to and from the room. There was a lift we tried to use but it would not open once we got it to the top. I would definitely stay again.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.
