This stay was amazing and very well priced. The lakehouse was the perfect getaway for my college friends and I and a great way to cap off our graduation weekend!

Dorothy is a great host. Her place is a clean and comfortable studio in a convenient, quiet location. There is a pretty walking path nearby. And there is shopping and dining in New London. Thank you for a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day!

Shaheer’s house was squeaky clean with all the amenities from home. Loved the record player, Pacman and the open concept living area with huge dining room table! The outdoor wrap around deck was perfect! It had ample seating and lots of space. Shaheer was very responsive when I had questions and asked for dining recommendations. Co-host Lisa checked on us during day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for another visit and hope to have better weather to utilize kayaks & paddle boards! Loved the house! It was perfect!

I’ve returned to the Vermont Botanical studio on an annual basis for several years, since I always find it peaceful and comfortable—off the beaten path, but not lonely. It has everything I need, including a dirt road through the fields for a daily walk, tall windows looking out on lovely trees, a very healthy songbird population, and a nearby farm store where I always go to buy cheese as soon as I arrive. I especially appreciate the comfortable bed, reading chair and couch, and the perfectly serviceable kitchen. The induction range makes for very quick cooking, and it’s nice to have the use of a full-sized fridge, too. For my writing retreats, the studio feels like a home away from home.

We have been visiting the New London/Sunapee area for years. This was one of our favorite places to stay! It was so peaceful and just what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. A lovely stay.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Nancy's place was a great place to stay, very private and quiet with beautiful surroundings. Easy access to Quechee and Woodstock (~20 min). Skunk Hallow Pub and Farmer's Market just down the street and Harpoon, Simon Pearce factory in Windsor easy to get to. Hope to visit again soon. Nancy's is a fantastic host!

This apartment was a great space to stay in! Very roomy, very clean, very well designed space. Very close to all things in Concord - a great city. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a basic supper.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was only an overnight trip and we wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly hosts, lots of room, nice character within the Airbnb- the main bedroom was beautiful and both bedrooms had great views of the farm on one side and the mountains on the other. They called down the cows so we could feed them bread and it was such a fun experience! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is one of the favorite places I've stayed at. The unit had character and the building did as well. Great high ceilings, spacious and well decorated. The village is lovely and walkable. Remy was pleasant and is involved with one of the restaurants downstairs, which is a must for a meal while you are in town. Can't speak highly enough of the experience.

We have family in Springfield so staying at Whitney and Alex’s place is perfect for us. It’s spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay and we will definitely be returning.

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

Although the building as a whole is dated, and a very interesting layout, the condo itself was *pristine*! BE AWARE however, the condo is on the 2nd floor & there is no elevator (or at least we never saw one), so plan accordingly. The space is beautiful - spacious, clean & fully remodeled! There is 1 bedroom with 2 Q-size beds (*very* comfy, btw), 2 large closets, a wall-mounted TV, and a nightstand between the beds that offers USB and an outlet. The bathroom is roomy & very clean. The kitchen & dining area are lovely & comfy. Nice little extras like bottled water & snacks were greatly appreciated! We were here for a wedding & unfortunately it down-poured the whole time so we didn't do much exploring but I urge you to enjoy b'fast at this lovely cafe called The Flip Side. Also...explore the little "village" in the underbelly of this complex - there is a very large pool hall & a cafe. We found tho, that we had to leave the building & walk through the covered garage below to get there.

Enjoyed my quick stay. Host was very responsive to my questions while traveling. Would book again.
