Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks

Very nice home and clean inside and out like the pictures shown. Todd was very accommodating with our stay and parking our vehicles were able to be park on the driveway close to the home which was one of my concerns with our work truck and the neighbor was good too. This home would be our first choice when stay in the area next time.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Jonathan's home in Somis was perfect for our group of old college friends. We arrived with 4 pickleball enthusiasts and left with 8. Originally, our group had plans to do a hike, but as soon as we settled in, no one wanted to leave the premises. The pool was refreshing after hours of pickleball, and we ended each evening relaxing in the hot tub catching up on each others' lives. Jonathan was responsive, friendly, and relaxed. He really made the booking and stay hassle-free. I would 100% rent the home in Somis again in the future.

My family & I had the pleasure of staying here and we absolutely loved it !!! The hosts had amazing communication . The place was very spacious and clean . This is a perfect place for a big family . We loved it and would definitely stay again !!

We had a wonderful time ! The house is in a nice neighborhood . The kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Host was very friendly. She allowed us to go back and pick up some of the food we had accidentally left behind in the refrigerator after checkout. It was a great experience overall celebrating a special occasion with the kids !

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

We absolutely loved our stay in Malibu. The views were incredible. It felt very private and peaceful the entire time. This is the perfect place if you are looking for an oasis to relax in with friends or family. There were lots of good shaded outdoor spots for hanging out and the kitchen was well-equipped for lots of cooking. The hosts were friendly & responsive. I highly recommend this location!

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

Great place in a very residential neighborhood in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. Takes about an hour to get down to LA/Santa Monica so keep that in mind. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor living area. Kitchen is nice and open. If you like to avoid Teflon for cooking, bring your own pans. Would recommend for a nice stay in the valley.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very charming house. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is beautiful with great hiking. It is older, but charming.

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!

If you live in LA and looking to get out of the hustle and bustle without going far, this is perfect location. Not even an hour from me and it felt like i was in a different country. Very romantic and peaceful. There is no TV which is supposed to be the point, but at the end of it I was watching a movie on my laptop on the beyond cozy bed. The cedar hot tub was beyond amazing also. Late night I was worried about getting Postmates, but there were so many places that delivered there (we had to drive down to the main gate to meet the driver, which was its own good time also. So no complaints) Highly recommend this to anyone

Beautiful atmosphere and amazing amenities! Airstream is great and even roomier than the pictures make it seem. Had a few questions during our stay and Ardie responded promptly to ensure everything ran smoothly. Super close to Malibu lake, creek, and several wonderful beaches. But nevertheless our stay was PERFECT! Would love to come back one day.
