The Summerhouse is a newly renovated cottage on a Scottish Borders estate, combining traditional rural charm with twenty-first century luxury. It has an idyllic lakeside location and offers total peace and tranquillity. Everything is provided for your comfort, from crisp linen and super-comfy beds, luxury bathrooms, a contemporary fitted kitchen, wifi and effective heating in every room. Our new handcrafted shepherds hut has en-suite facilities and underfloor heating. It has an enclosed patio with seats and a chiminea. We are situated in a very quiet part of Northumberland with excellent walking and cycling from site. The Pennine way is a field away, we have disused railway lines with viaduct and riverside walks. Nearby is the market town of Alston, Penrith and the north lakes, Barnard Castle in Teasdale. Stanhope in Weardale. Hadrian's wall, Hexham, Brampton and Carlisle

Lying in the picturesque hamlet of Banks, which rests on the course of Hadrian's Wall, is this single-storey mid-terrace cottage, Solport View Cottage.Just a stone's throw from Brampton in northern Cumbria, Solport View Cottage is the perfect base for discovering the wealth of attractions that Hadrian’s Wall offers. The North Pennines, Solway Coast and Scottish Borders are all close too. With its panoramic views and fully enclosed garden it is also perfect for sitting back and relaxing.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Nook Cottage In The Heart Of Northumberland

Come away to nature, peace, and tranquillity at an idyllic, self-contained stone cottage nestled in the heart of Northumberland, within a short walk to the North Tyne River, two village pubs, post office, convenience mart and church. Charm can be found in the original stone walls, oak beams, woodburning stove, cosy furniture, and king-size or twin beds. An excellent touring base, located near Hadrian’s Wall, Roman forts, Hexham Abbey, and Kielder Water and Forest Park.

Hovel House Shed

The Shed has been custom built, in the paddock, near my small barn conversion. It has a homely atmosphere, with vintage furnishings and up-cycled items. Where possible I’ve tried to be eco friendly. This is a quiet, tranquil place with beautiful views of the Scottish hills beyond the Solway Firth. It’s part of a small hamlet and my former family farm. Animals are often kept in the fields next to The Shed. You’ll experience stunning sunsets and starry skies.

Plenty of parking, secluded walks from the door, peaceful, starry skies, views across the valley toward hills and river, secluded wild swimming a short stroll from your accommodation, and a log stove to relax in front of. Private entrance, lovely enclosed garden. Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.
