Heath View Annexe

Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Newly refurbished, we accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (no adult groups). Seeking a quiet rural base to explore Cambridge, the wonders of Suffolk, Thetford Forest or a wedding at Chippenham Park? A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

The house isn’t suitable for the infirm, children under 12 years old, or pets. An idyllic, countryside setting overlooking horses, deer & the occasional barn owl. 3 bedroom house with large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Air-conditioning in bedrooms one & two. 8ft American pool table & 65” TV with all major sports channels. Free EV charger & secure, off-road, gated parking for 6+ cars. Closest neighbour is 50 meters away. Several pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. Sleeping up to 4 adults in spacious comfort in 2 beds, with a luxurious bathroom, garden views, fully fitted kitchen, high spec fixtures & comfortable lounge area. However, we do not accept infants or children.
