We are just a walk to local eats, grocery store, a cute park with a playground/courts, and best local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer!

Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

We have all the amenities you will need to fully enjoy a vacation in the sun including beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, kitchen appliances, toiletries & washer / dryer!!
