Monthly Rentals in Newport, Jersey City

Great place to stay, location is good and this studio is really nice. The space is larger than I expected and really comfortable. The gym and the rooftops space are also plus . It is managed by a professional team and they respond fast to my request. I would stay here again if I come to Jersey city again.

I had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something long-term. It is a 12 minute walk to the PATH and you can be in Manhattan in less than 20 minutes. I commuted daily to the financial district and had no problems, super convenient location. Close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and is in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has a washer/dryer, and safe area. Sagar was proactive in checking in and very responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommend this stay!

I stayed at this Airbnb for about 6 months for an internship and really loved it! The place was super clean and felt cozy and welcoming from the start. As a 5'1" Asian woman living alone, I was initially a bit nervous about safety in a new area, but I felt totally fine walking to the PATH station for my daily commute. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was such a plus, especially for a longer stay and managing my allergies! The kitchen had many appliances and utensils, which made cooking easy. Lillian was a fantastic host. She greeted me when I arrived, showed me around, and explained how everything worked. Anytime I had a question or an issue, she responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. I really felt looked after the entire time. :) There’s a bit of a hum from the heater, but it didn’t bother me. Occasionally I heard some clanging noises, but nothing too bad. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place! :D

All in all I highly recommend Churchill and all their Apt. in this building. The location is very good. They are easy to work with and the building is really nice and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils; we even did Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner there, no problem. There is a Whole Foods up the street, a Shoprite behind the building and CVS and a full Mall across the street. Pretty much anything you need is a short walk or drive. The gym is smallish and short on equipment so not great for workout freaks like me, make sure you have your Calisthenic routines ready or workout at off hours. Our biggest complaint was that the mattress had some kind of foam core rather than a better mattress with springs & pads. It didn't ventilate body heat well. My partner and I are heavy duty workout freaks and we "run hot" body temperature wise; I was often sweating and not that comfortable. But all in all I would definitely rent there and from Churchill again.
