The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
