The rent does not include tax to the space. Adult DKK120 child 95kr bed linen/towels135kr Inquiry at the front desk upon arrival, tax is paid and possibly rent of linens. Bring your own bed linen and towel. There are duvets, pillows, tea towels, cloths in the cart. The toilet in the trolley is only for nighttime and is emptied upon departure just as the wagon is left cleaned.

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Oplev vores lille rolige og unikke perle i Lille Sandvig. Huset er ikke stort, men byder på en perfekt placering på Nordbornholm og masser af sjæl og hygge. Huset ligger i Lille Sandvig, også kaldet Madseløkke. Der er fælles arealer med bl.a. swimmingpool, petanquebane, legepladser mv. Huset rummer 5-6 sovepladser fordelt i et værelse, et lille værelse og en sovesofa i stuen, samt et køkken og et toilet/bad. På terrassen kan I nyde udsigten med lidt havkig eller tage en slapper i solstolen.

Her kan I være helt uforstyrret af andre. Der er ingen indsyn fra hverken vej eller nærvedliggende sommerhuse. Huset egner sig desuden til børnefamilier, da der både er gyngestativ, trampolin og et lille bålsted på grunden. I nærheden ligger lille bådhavn med frisk morgenbrød og lokalt spisested.

You are welcome to bring a pet on vacation. This home is an extremely centrally located home. The holiday home is almost in the middle of Bornholm, and there is therefore easy access to the many, exciting sights on the island.

The apartment is painted and renovated with a new dining kitchen in January 2019. In the kitchen there is a large fridge/freezer, stove with induction, oven and dishwasher. In the apartment's living room there is a sofa bed with chaise longue, flat screen and extra chairs. On the top floor there are two rooms, each with 3 beds.
