Comfortable apartment with a great view and solid hosts!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The location and flat was great overlooking the beach. I was asked to inform the host when I left the airport which I completely forgot to do. However the host made sure someone was there to meet us anyway within minutes.

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

I stayed for a long time and will list from the disadvantages of the place. Overall, it was clean, but the washing machine and crib were dirty. In the case of the washing machine, you replaced it because it couldn't be cleaned. The crib is very dangerous and worn, so I bought new bedding locally and I cleaned it. The clothes dryer was also worn and rusty. I stayed for about a week, but the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bedding is on the 4th day? I replaced it once on day 5. I think it would be better to replace this area often. The floor is marble and is a dangerous environment for small children. However, when I requested a kids' mat, I would like to thank you for delivering it with a low bed mat. The advantage is that the swimming pool was cleaned every day, so it was clean, and the people who cleaned the house every day came and cleaned it neatly. They responded quickly whenever I needed anything to make it possible. They were all kind. If my child was somewhat older, it would have been okay, so I give you a 5 star overall rating, but if the child is young, it is light. Laundry is unnecessary, and the child is so large that you can go back and forth on the second floor, and if you go on a family trip, it is considered a good accommodation for the value.

The Villa was superb and in a great location. Da Nang was brilliant just a shame we were only there for two nights. I will definitely be coming back and could not recommend this place highly enough. The resort is beautiful and so peaceful. All in all a fantastic few days.

great host and villa. some wear and tear needs repairing around the pool but otherwise great Sadly though Hyatt has changed their attitude to air BnB guests and you are treated v much like a second class citizen, no buggy, charges at every opportunity. no fault of the host but be aware before booking

I really liked the beautiful beach view and the kitchen and living room that I could use comfortably. It's the perfect place for a group of 4 to rest, and the price is satisfactory, so I'm willing to use it again next time.

I really enjoyed my three-month stay here. The room is spacious and airy, and the housekeepers kept it very clean. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while street trees provide privacy by blocking the view from the buildings across the street. The kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom, washing machine, and internet all worked well. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The only thing that bothered me was that a nearby bar occasionally played loud music. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The place was great — spacious, stylish, and beautifully designed. No karaoke bars around, the only thing that might bother light sleepers is the road outside. It was also a nice touch that they provided free drinking water throughout our stay. The bed in the inner room was creaky, so we used the other one. The bathroom was lovely, and having a washing machine on the ground floor was convenient. Plus, parking our motorbike behind gates felt more sequre than just on the street. The staff and owner were also very responsive and quick to reply to any messages
