It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Good Place to stay and walkable to the airport. I will definitely come back here again. Its my 4th times on this home.

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Great value at a great location, perfect for food lovers. There is a lady that selling fruits near by in the early morning hours, great fruits great deals. BichNgoc is very quick in response to my requests.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

I had my business trip in Saigon and during this period was very busy with us. Fortunately, there is Golden Tree to help receive things and let me put away thanks to things so our work is convenient and save a lot of time. Golden Tree has a reception on duty morning & evening that is very convenient to support guests all the time. The cleaning staff is also very attentive. I am very satisfied and next time I get to work in district 7, I will definitely stay at this place. Golden Tree hill also has a super delicious restaurant, in 8 days here I have had breakfast at this shop 4-5 times more 🤤 delicious than the famous ones in District 1. The surrounding area of Golden Tree is both quiet and safe with a lot of convenient restaurants.

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

Clean and stylish space, everything for guests is bent

Anh's place was perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Located in the heart of District 1, everything that we wanted to do, from sightseeing to shopping to eating good food, were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and aesthetically done with all amenities. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a bliss every time we came back home from long walks. Thanks to Anh's apartment, we had a great time in Ho Chi Minh City. I would love to come back and stay here and I highly recommend everyone planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City to stay at Anh's place.

High quality life in a hectic city. This time staying in a direction facing the community, you can see the community, the community pool, the river in the distance, and it looks very comfortable ~

To be honest I would rate 4 stars but I don't want to Kim s algo bc I have bnb as well and I know the deal. His place is clean but super small. it's like a 3*hotel room. no fancy no spectacular small and small window the bed it's super hard and uncomfortable. a confy topper would solve I suggest you to be here only for 2-3 nights top. so yes I still suggest you to go especially for the number one strong point of this "hotel room": the location it's in the city center 2min Walking from the street for of bars. if you want to be there get this room a couple of nights. if you don't want to go there then avoid this place.

The amenities were top-notch, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the lifestyle in Ho Chi Minh City away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. As a digital nomad and a lover of Japanese culture, I felt right at home. Highly recommend for a peaceful and culturally rich stay!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ho Chi Minh is a lively city, and we were able to explore a lot just by walking around the neighbourhood. We visited different street markets and also went to the supermarket a few times to grab some supplies. One of the highlights of the area was the variety of local restaurants nearby – delicious food at very affordable prices! We recommend downloading the Grab app to get from the airport, as regular taxis tend to overcharge tourists. The ride isn’t long, and with Grab, the price is fair and reasonable. Leslie was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in, and everyone we met was super friendly. We ended up shortening our stay to visit other cities in Vietnam, but when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh, we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

I would highly recommend this rental. Description and photos are exactly as advertised. It's practically in the city center distruct 1 slash 4. It's located near the bridge where you can walk to the city center. I would remind the host to always have two sets of bedsheets, pillow cases, and bed covers.
