Colorado Surf Condo is a 3 bedroom two bath condo on the ground floor of Villa Rio Dulce bldg at gated community of Hacienda Iguana. Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 15 minute walk down the beach.
