Welcome to our Garden View Rooms. (A/C available at an extra cost) Shaded by palm trees, gorgeous aloe, and tropical flowers year-round, this space invites you to relax in privacy at our seaside sanctuary. Each Garden View Room is equipped with one queen bed and one twin bed. This room is for up to three people. Just steps from the pool, this peaceful space has a private bathroom, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker for your convenience. (A/C is available at an additional cost of $15/day)

Villa Aventura I Quadruple Room

Our quadruple room is a spacious family-style bedroom featuring twin-sized bunk beds, ideal for up to four guests. The room includes nightstands, a ceiling fan, individual closet storage, and a safe. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities with private showers, toilets, and ample sink space. A shared living area with a TV and a full kitchen opens up to a stunning covered veranda, complete with cozy couches, plenty of space for yoga or relaxation, and breathtaking mountain views.

Relax in our stunning 1 bedroom bungalow, just 10 steps from our shore. We're a friendly, relaxed Italian couple who enjoy hosting people on our estate, which we designed and built ourselves. Around the bungalow you'll find many natural and creative touches to help you feel at ease: sculptures sourced from driftwood and shells; tables, chairs and beds made from local wood; hammocks positioned so you can enjoy the sunset. We can provide private meals to order, drinks and beverages.

Tranquility Villa I Top Floor

For a private and elevated retreat, the upper floor of our Tranquility Villa offers a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet area, and a large bathroom featuring two sinks and a rain shower. This exclusive space includes a private balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation. The upstairs bedroom also comes with a TV, ceiling fan, nightstands, seating, and a safe. Ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a serene escape.

Hotel Casa Pochomil is an exceptional place, its oceanfront location and the attention of our staff will make you feel at home. We have a swimming pool, volleyball court, ping pong table and many spaces where you can from work, to fall asleep in a hammock under our beautiful garden.
