A nuestro alrededor están los mejores restaurantes, tiendas, casinos, bancos, ATM, surf shops, mercado central, estación de buses y taxis, parque central, escuelas de español etc. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y tenemos cerca la zona de ocio de la ciudad, a tan solo unos pasos además de la bellísima bahía de San Juan a la vista.

Our hostel is a beautiful, fully remodeled colonial house that is just beginning to walk. We have a decoration suitable for the name of our hostel with spacious rooms with new orthopedic mattresses, bathrooms, night tables, closets in the private rooms, wardrobes and lockers in the shared rooms. We also have a beautiful solarium, laundry service and soon we will include breakfast in our rate and restaurant at the service of our guests.

🌿 the SPACE. Retreat Sanctuary 10–15 min from San Juan del Sur. A handcrafted wellness retreat where nature, design, and stillness meet. Each private ensuite room is locally made, some with AC some without. Included in room price is breakfast + daily yoga for two, pool, gym & cowork. This is a single bed in a shared room. Flow thru ventalation and lots of fans. There are 3 bathrooms available. There is a well equipped kitchen so you can cook. You can see the ocean as you walk out the door of this shared room. The place is kept very clean and the vibe is peaceful and beachesque . There is a well stocked shared kitchen and a food store on the premises.

It is a private room with a fan and shared bathroom on the second floor. Outside the room there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake and also from here you can see the two volcanoes, and depending on the weather an incredible sunset. It also has shared hammocks and a small shared kitchen on the floor below that you can use. There is also wifi inside the room.

Rustic cabin 3

We offer 3 rustic cabins for 2 people with a comfortable double bed. Shared bathrooms outside, common kitchen for you to cook good meals in a quiet and peaceful place. 5-minute walk to Las Penitas and Poneloya beaches. Through our location, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in Nicaraguan culture which will increase the enjoyment of your stay and trip.

Es una habitación acogedora que permite que disfrutes de la tranquilidad de estar cerca de todo pero lejos de la bulla. El desayuno no esta incluido sin embargo puedes agregar un rico desayuno típico al hacer tu check in por un cargo extra.

Te va a encantar mi lugar debido al espacio acogedor, la comodidad de la cama, la luz, el wifi accesible desde el cuarto y el barrio muy tradicional. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y aventureros. El dormitorio cuenta con 4 camas y está ubicado a unos 30 metros de la playa con vista al volcán Concepción.
