Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

While the hustle and bustle of the Côte d'Azur beach area is only 25 mins drive away, we are in the Regional Natural Park of Préalpes d'Azur, full of outdoor activity opportunities such as river swimming and scenic trails. The Studio has access to a pool (May to October). Please note, this place is non-smoking. The owners are keen cyclists and the house is equipped with a basic workshop and bike storage for the guests.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we take care to ensure comfort, provide a high-quality welcome, and constantly improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests) only. The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

Nice est une ville très étendue (72 km2), nous sommes à 11 km de la Promenade des Anglais soit environ 20 minutes en voiture. Un véhicule est conseillé, le stationnement est facile et gratuit à quelques mètres de la maison. Grande TV 65 pouces (164cm). Tout le linge de maison est lavé à 60°. Nous avons une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique.
