Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nice

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful - in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

Villa surrounded by greenery, equipped with many comforts and services, as described. Ample space (there were 8 of us), very large kitchen well-equipped with appliances, priceless outdoor area, with swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, ping pong table. Clean rooms, comfortable sofa. Nico and his wife were very nice and helpful in meeting some of our needs, responsive to messages. I would say that the description of the place matches the ad. Very good price considering the type of accommodation and the number of guests. Thank you Nico

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was near the station and about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It was very clean and equipped with everything that was needed. We had a great stay there.

Levon was such a sweetheart! His place was so beautiful!! It was clean, spacious, yet warm and inviting! I want to live there! It’s a perfect location and Levon is so responsive! So close to the train station! I highly recommend this place!!

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

We had a great stay at Nicolas’ place! The space was clean and looked like the pictures; was actually bigger than we were expecting. Conveniently located right by the Nice-ville train station and it took less than 15 minutes to walk to the beach! Would highly recommend!

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished The communication with the host was very good. The area where the apartment is located in the first picture is not so beautiful and clean but is very central and everything is within walking distance.

This is a great place to spend your vacation! Great view; near the beach, supermarket and tram stop.

Possibly my favorite stay from my three week vacation in France. This apartment is stunning - even more beautiful in person - and it's located in the center of everything. The beach, restaurants, cafes, gelato stands and shops are all steps away. The space is very clean and comfortable, with great amenities (even beverages in the fridge)! My family of four had plenty of room to spread out. The closets, the heated towel racks, the balcony, *that couch*...I could go on and on. It's just so beautifully designed. The hosts were also extremely kind, helpful and professional - always available, and they checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! We were sad to leave, and wished we could have stayed longer than four nights.
