This is a small house of 35m2. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and dining table, on the 1st floor the small living room with sofa that can be used as a bed if needed. In the attic you will find the bedroom with shower ( there is no door between the bed and the shower). You will have a small garden of 125 m2. This perfectly located home offers easy access to all sights and amenities. Indeed you are a 20 min walk/3 min drive to the city center of coutances.

15mn de Villedieu les Poêles 45mn du Mont Saint Michel /plages du débarquement 17 km de la mer loue maison avec mezzanine dans un endroit calme et verdoyant 10 mn à pied des commerces(super marché essence coiffeur boulangeries boucher laverie banque médecin) draps fournis . Location des serviettes pas d'animaux barbecue . I y a des emplacements pour recharger sa voiture électrique dans gavray. Nous n'acceptons pas de rechargement sur les prises du gîte.
