It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Das Haus grenzt an den Auwald, der sich bestens zur Erholung eignet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt drei Betten, und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer.
