First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Our south-facing 1-room ground floor apartment is located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bad Sachsa in the South Harz Mountains. The nearest supermarket and the market street with numerous small shops are a few minutes' walk away. Numerous leisure activities such as adventure pool, ice rink, climbing hall, etc. are also within walking distance. Ideal as a starting point for hikes with and without inclines.

One free parking space is available right by the house.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
