Holiday houses in Niederleis

A nice little village. The people there were all very nice and helpful. We also had a nice conversation with the hosts themselves. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Everything necessary was on site. Maybe a few things like Zewa, aluminum foil etc. would be good, but that's complaining at a high level. We had everything :) The mattress is a little harder in bed. I could sleep well, my friend is used to something a little softer. It's a matter of taste. Although it is a village, it is sometimes a bit louder at night due to cars. But with the windows closed, you couldn't hear anything. We can definitely recommend the place near Vienna. Nice place, nice hosts, good location - great time :)

Beautiful and stylishly equipped accommodation where you felt at home. There was a well-maintained garden, a gas grill, a well equipped kitchen, a sauna and parking on the property for two cars. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and fast. I would definitely recommend !

It just doesn't get any better, it's exactly because of accommodations like this that Airbnb is attractive. The communication with Bettina and Werner in advance was very friendly and they even agreed that we could check in 45 minutes earlier to arrive in time for the wedding to which we were invited. The accommodation itself is even more beautiful than in the photos, an insanely beautiful, charming and extraordinary villa in the Weinviertel - one of the best price/performance ratios I have ever seen. I would do it again at any time, an unreserved recommendation!!

Peter was a great host – super communicative and helpful, especially with tips on exploring Bratislava. The apartment is in a great location - green, peaceful, and just steps from a tram stop. Inside, it’s cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Unfortunately, we were only there for 1 night on our Danube bike tour. The apartment is super nice, large, modern and very clean. You could very well stay here for a long time. It even has a bike storage. You can't hear anything from the train station, the house is generally very quiet. There is a Billa in the immediate vicinity and a bakery is within walking distance of the train station. It is a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to the center. The communication with Jonny was also great, he is very nice and friendly and always answered immediately. We felt comfortable all around and can recommend the apartment 100% :-)

I could not recommend this enough! It is só well located with lots of restaurants nearby and the Wien HBF station which takes you right to the airport. Getting to the city centre takes less than 15 minutes and the lines tô get tô and back are extremely easy to use. The apartment block was extremely safe, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything you needed plus additional things like hair dryer and iron. The hosts were so friendly and communicative. Stay here if you want a peaceful, lovely hassle free place to stay. Just bear in mind you can hear the trains passing by via the Wein HBF station, though I personally loved listening to them come by. Even if you don’t like noise, when the balcony door is shut you can barely hear a thing anyway. Recommend!

An oasis of well-being, for young and old :) With a lot of love for detail, Marion and Herbert have created an environment where you can easily forget everyday life and completely relax. The house is clean, cozy and superbly equipped. Communication with Marion was great and straightforward. Very accommodating and warm. We were there with our toddler, and everything necessary was organized for her as well. I could go on writing about what was great…:) Sincere thanks for the hospitality! We'll be back :)
