Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Finally, the time has come...after almost four years of planning and renovation, we can welcome the first guests to our tower from March 2025. On eleven square meters, we have created a tiny vacation home from an old transformer tower. The tower is small but nice and has many high-quality details. If you lie on the sofa bed, you can fall asleep overlooking the starry sky. The bathroom can be reached via the external staircase. Further description and pictures will follow

In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit together comfortably. A barbecue is available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Lake Ratzeburg or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
