Beachfront holiday rental in Niendorf

My friend and I had a great stay on Sandro's boat. The contact exchange with him was great, he responded quickly and was very friendly. The check-in also went smoothly. We felt very comfortable!☀️☺️

The apartment is really very nice and is located in the center of Scharbeutz. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything you need. Check-in was super easy. We felt very comfortable. It was a bit stuffy and we had the window or balcony door open a lot to get some air in. We would have liked the laundry package to either be free or better informed. All three of us were a little surprised by the price. All in all, the time was super nice and the apartment really great. Would come back.

This was my second time staying at the property. As always, everything is great, everything super clean and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Of course we will come back my absolute favorite accommodation there on the coast and we have already had several accommodations.

We spent 4 days in the accommodation "Under the Sea". This is beautifully and lovingly furnished. The Airbnb was super clean on arrival and you immediately felt at home. Upon request, Julia provided us with a cot for our little son. But we not only found a cot but also a rattle, a shower insert, a small pillow and a wall lamp for the little man. We found that very thoughtful :) The Airbnb is equipped with everything you need, a clean kitchen with refrigerator, dishes, kettle, toaster, a small table with high chairs, TV and WiFi. The bed was very comfortable, almost like home :) Thank you Julia, it was nice.

I highly recommend this place if you want to have a quite vacation! View from balcony is amazing

Everything was great!! The only thing was that the beach was a little far on foot. Otherwise, we will be happy to come back!!!😊

We had a lovely long weekend at Kirsten's place. The sleeping situation was flexibly adapted to our wishes with a toddler and the included entrance to Filippo's adventure garden was also great. With the large amount of space, we can imagine coming back together with another family!

Really nice accommodation in a somewhat outdated building. The accommodation itself has a really beautiful view and nothing is missing (super many dishes, SMEG kettle, etc.). The apartment itself is also very clean and, for example, the bathroom has also been newly renovated. We felt very comfortable.

I rented the apartment for a long time and am still very satisfied with the decision. It was really all very clean and the hosts were very friendly and quickly accessible.

A really great place to stay in a great area, perfect amenities and extremely nice hosts, we felt very comfortable and were sad to leave again. No wishes remained unfulfilled, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Lars's place. The room was very cozy and the location ideal. The quick communication via the phone number on file was particularly positive. A small downside: The Airbnb messages were not answered. The first morning we were woken up on time at 8a.m. due to construction work in the next room. The next nights it was a bit louder due to parties in the vicinity, but the construction work in the morning was only done on Friday so that we could start Saturday without a hammer and hammer drill. Overall, it was a nice stay. The outdoor pool was a great bonus and in contrast to the description free of charge, but there are costs for the parking garage (although stated free of charge in the description). However, there is plenty of parking nearby that was recommended to us, so the problem of the very narrow parking garage was also solved.

We had a very nice time in Billy's apartment. The sea view and the location on the beach are simply great. Here are just a few small suggestions for improvement: a clothes rack would be super helpful, and it would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool is not open at the end of May. The mattress in the bed was a little soft. We did not test the sofa bed. And please don't forget your sleep mask! The bed has a curtain, but the windows do not. Billy always responded super fast to all requests. Thanks for the wonderful time!

5 stars for this great Airbnb. And that's just because I can't give it 6 stars. The apartment is well equipped and things are not just available to fill the checklist on Airbnb. No, everything is thought out and prepared in such a way that you can really use it. That goes for everything! From the super equipped kitchen to the ready-to-use fireplace. Also, Sebastian was a super nice and helpful host. I am sure we will come again!

My girlfriend and I had a really relaxing stay. The apartment has a beautiful view (just as advertised in the pictures) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a short trip is available. The location is quiet and you can enjoy the Baltic Sea flair. The only downside was the fact that we arrived quite late and almost could not get into the building where the apartment is, as it is already closed at 10 pm. Fortunately, someone else was there who had a key.

We felt very comfortable in the boathouse. The equipment corresponded in all respects to the description and was in top condition. The house is very nicely located in a quiet area - but since there is only one access road, due to unforeseen incidents (police operation, filming) - one or the other day was a small challenge. One shortcoming, which does not cloud the whole stay or the house, as you live in a nature reserve, the garbage can was about 2 km away, so you had to transport the garbage with your car.

3 days by the sea! Actually only 2 days net. It was a great short break for four! Wonderfully short walk to the beach, to the new pier and the restaurants. Due to the short stay, we did not do too much: Brodtener Steilufer, Timmendorfer Strand are a must for us, walking on the beach. Scharbeutz is always worth a visit. On the day of departure, we played dune mini golf again, highly recommended for families. The stay in the apartment is highly recommended: clean, bright and everything you need is available. Comfortable beds - including the sofa bed. Sunny balcony. We also greatly appreciated the underground parking space. Thank you Andreas, we will be happy to come back :-)

The location of the apartment is fantastic - beautiful play opportunities for children, a good bakery and the stop for the Bimmelbahn in the immediate vicinity. The highlight was of course the great view of the Baltic Sea. The communication with Steffi and Leif was very nice and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed it!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice, close to the beach, but still very quiet. Everything you need was available and the balcony invites you to a nightcap in the evening. A very relaxing week for us 2 in Haffkrug. Andreas responds promptly and the check in was very easy with the Nuki app. We will be happy to come back sometime...

We were there for a week and it was just beautiful! The apartment is super cozy, very tastefully furnished and really well equipped – especially the kitchen had everything you could want and more. The view from the balcony and from the apartment is really amazing - that alone was pure relaxation. The location is perfect if you want to relax, and if you want a little more hustle and bustle, just walk along the beach to Scharbeutz or further. It was a really relaxing holiday - we would come back. The view alone is reason enough! The hostess was super nice and the communication went absolutely smoothly.

We were with two families over an extended weekend in the house of Annika & Burkhard and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and furnished with a lot of taste. Around the house, the children could romp around the grounds and from the playground right next to the house, you can actually see the sea in the distance and enjoy the sunset. The communication was great and help was given quickly - we will come back!!
