The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace.
