Special and luxurious overnight stay in Twente? At the end of a lane with beautiful, thick oak trees are the Landgoed Lodges Scholten Linde. An old farmhouse from 1638, surrounded by whistling birds, rustling trees and greenery as far as the eye can see. A stone's throw away from the art town of Ootmarsum, adjacent to the most beautiful nature reserves full of cycling & hiking trails. (8-20 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

Fijne studio in woonboerderij met eigen op- en ingang, parkeerplaats en tuin. Landelijk gelegen, met het bos op wandelafstand èn op nog geen 3 km afstand van het gezellige centrum van Emmen. De studio is voorzien van alle gemakken en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie fiets- en wandeltochten, een dag Wildlands of winkelen in Emmen. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk vertoeven in de eigen tuin en is het koud en guur, dan biedt de pellet kachel heerlijke warmte. Kortom, een fijne plek!!

The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom. Completely equipped with central heating.

Dit heeft gemaakt , dat de studio knus en eenvoudig is. Deze studio is geschikt voor twee personen van jong tot oud, die vooral ook onze passie voor de natuur delen en bewust met het milieu omgaan.
