We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had great days at the place. House and kitchen are equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms were very clean and totally sufficient for us with 9 people. There is plenty of space everywhere and we felt very comfortable. The garden and the terrace are really a highlight. It is a pity that music in the garden is not tolerated by the neighbors at all.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. Stefan and Tim were very friendly and always responded directly to our questions. The facility is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. With 3 adults who are not intimate with each other, the sleeping arrangements were a little too cramped. Unfortunately, a window could not be opened in one of the bedrooms. The property is very nice and well suited for a cozy evening. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, but it is doable on foot. The surroundings are very beautiful and always worth a trip!

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

I immediately fell in love with the loft. Everything was right, Maaike has an exceptionally good furnishing style, just to fall in love and coordinated in every detail. The loft is huge and plenty of space. Thank you Maaike and Mark for this great opportunity to enjoy my spa vacation in beautiful Holland. Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanvort by the sea and Alkmaar can be reached in no time by car and train. The weather was also right, so 10 out of 10 points.

Had a great week staying at Lotte & Juan. ☺️👍🏻 Super nice contact with the two. However, we were not aware at the time of booking that the two live on the property, but of course this is not a negative! 😊 Lotte also gave us some very good recommendations for excursion destinations and restaurants. 😉 Sweet, little cottage near Sassenheim. Well-equipped, very cozy bed, great bathroom with large bathtub! 😍 Beautifully bright. The stairs to the bedroom and bathroom area look steeper than they are. 😅😉 The kitchen was also well equipped, even with a large fridge-freezer & dishwasher. We only missed a spatula. 😂 All in all, a great place to stay for a cozy holiday in the Netherlands! 🥰

Very charming house by the river. Great location to visit Amsterdam. Beds really comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great sound system. We spent good times and Katelijne is a great host. She is very responsive and helpful.

Christina was a great host, picked us from Leiden Station when we were arriving late in the night and gladly extended our check out timings! The place itself is perfect for short stay if you aren’t looking to cook. The location is close to Leiden and easy to travel to Amsterdam.

This house felt very warm and welcoming — you can tell how much care the host put into every detail. Even the guest book was full of heartwarming messages. The location is beautiful, right by the river, and I often found myself sitting on a nearby bench, enjoying the peaceful view and doing absolutely nothing. A fun tip: when navigating, be aware that Heiligegeestlaan and Veerstraat are connected by a ferry. It’s a unique part of the experience, so just plan your arrival route accordingly (unless your car can drive on water, haha). The house is also well located — about 30 minutes to Amsterdam and roughly 45 minutes to Rotterdam. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

Bart was extremely friendly and accommodating. If I return to Amsterdam I'll definitely be looking to see if his space is available again.

We had a great time at the summer house. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, towels, etc.). The AC was life saving. The location was also very convenient (the beach and a lot of shops were within walking distance). Ruth and Wim welcomed us personally and told us everything we needed to know. They were very friendly! We will probably be back in the future.

All in all a great accommodation, modern, beautiful ambience, quiet, the garden with the furniture, the size, the jetty and the canal just great. In addition, the accommodation is very centrally located to take beautiful bike tours, the small town for the small shopping right in front of the door, what more do you need for an extended weekend. . .

Ellen was an absolutely wonderful host! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and even took the time to share local recommendations and places to explore in the area, which made our trip even more special. Her kindness and warmth really stood out—she’s the kind of host who makes you feel right at home. Overall, a super lovely experience. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house for a family stay close to Amsterdam. We felt like we were at home, and Tamara is a great host who made sure we had everything :)

The half of the house is superbly located - quiet, very clean, great to reach and yet so centrally located that city trips - e.g. to Haarlem, The Hague, Delft and Leiden - are possible. The beach and the beach bars/restaurants on site are also super easy and quick to get to. Nicolet gives tips, communicates super clearly and always responds extremely quickly. We would love to come back! :-)))

We were warmly welcomed by Klaas Jan. Refrigerator was well stocked and there were also some treats available. The house, and certainly the kitchen, is equipped with every comfort. There was also a covered and enclosed area where we could store and charge our bikes. We sat outside on the banks of the Hollandse Ijssel, at the back of the house. The front is located on a busy provincial road, which is audible in the house and garden. The living room and kitchen (upstairs) are very spacious, downstairs, where the sleeping quarters are, it is just a little cramped for 3 adults. Also because the master bedroom is only accessible via the bathroom. In addition, there was no curtain/door at the bedstee to darken the daylight that comes through the skylight early in the morning. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay in this super luxurious AirBnB and we would highly recommend it, especially if you are only two!

Very pretty house in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of natural light. The place was far better than the pictures. 20 minute drive from the airport with private parking. The owner lives next door and was very welcoming.
