Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

MORVAN, LA PASTOURELLE ON THE LAKE

LA PASTOURELLE BY THE LAKE – FISHING & NATURE IN A WILD AND EXCLUSIVE SETTING Experience the charm of La Pastourelle; its attention to detail, along with the peace and beauty of this protected and private location, offers total relaxation. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house with its sunbathed terrace facing its own lake and sitting in a prairie within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Massages possible if reserved early.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 ha of land, a pond (very often dry), and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

In the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, an old renovated farmhouse, benefiting from exceptional nature thanks to its relief, its fauna and flora, with a very nice view of the countryside and the castle of Ménessaire. A popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers, the GRP "Tour du Morvan" crosses Ménessaire. We are located 10 km from Lac des Settons and equidistant from Autun and Saulieu (25 km)

Cozy house with gardens

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
