For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

A typical country house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The house consists of an independent entrance to a living room with fireplace, a double sofa bed in the corner, and a flat-screen TV. The cozy room with a 160 cm double bed, dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts, including a dishwasher, electric ventilated oven, microwave, fridge, hob and coffee machine.
