Entre Pouilly sur Loire et Sancerre, dégustez nos vins locaux et profiter des bords de Loire à pied ou à vélo. À 30 mins de Guedelon ! À 20 mins à pied de la gare, à 15 mins à pied du centre-ville (boulangerie, brasserie, bar, pharmacie, boutique de décorations, etc) et de son marché local (le mercredi matin et le dimanche matin).

A 10 mn à pied de la gare, de l'IFSI, l'INKUB et la piscine. Proche de L'INSERR (6 mn en voiture). A 15 mn à pied du centre ville, dans une petite impasse, ce ministudio dispose d'une entrée privée et d'une kitchenette avec frigo, micro-onde et plaques de cuisson ; salle d'eau : lavabo, douche et WC privés. La Charité is on the route of St Jacques de Compostelle and the Loire by bike. In 30 minutes, you can reach the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire or visit Nevers and its faience makers. Many festivals take place on site and every 3rd Sunday of the month there is a book fair

La salle de mariage, avec sa vue sur les vignes et la Loire, a été transformée en deux logements confortables de plain-pied. Profitez d'une terrasse couverte de 20 m² et d'une cour privée pour votre véhicule. Vous serez à seulement 200 mètres du centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. Pour halloween nous avons fait une petite décoration dans le sas d'entrée du logement.

Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.
