Located on the ground floor of Château de Mimont, perched on the hillside, we offer you a unique apartment (with its own private entrance) boasting exceptional views, all set within a wooded park with rare tree species and a forest spanning several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

The property is located in the countryside at the entrance to the village of Sauvigny-Les-Bois. We are 5 minutes from Prye Castle, 10 minutes from Nevers (8 km) and 15 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours F1 circuit. The 35 m2 house is independent, it is located next to our house ON THE SAME PROPERTY. You have a terrace in front of the accommodation overlooking the common exterior. We leave access to our garden (common so shared with us) and the pool (in summer; above ground unheated)

Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
