Holiday rentals with a patio in Niguarda, Milan

I had a great time with both the owner and the apartment, clean and equipped with all the comforts as described, the area is quiet, I slept very well in the sofa bed that I preferred to the double room as it had both TV and balcony. The only drawback is the 3 floors on foot, but at least for me they were not a big problem. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great place. Very clean and modern. Close to a train station which is very convenient. Victoria is also very responsive. Had some trouble getting buzzed in to the apartment building during check-in, but had a great stay! Slightly smaller than expected. Overall a great place and I would return!

My friends and I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay several more. We had just arrived from New York on our way for a motorcycle ride through the Dolomites. The apartment was very clean, neat and inviting. The bedding was very comfortable and the air con worked fine. Ana was the perfect host; very responsive , flexible and personable. She gave us several terrific restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed tremendously. All in all it was a perfect lodging experience. Best to Ana. Ana was the perfect host, always responsive

Arianna was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was spotless it’s felt like home from home. Yes there is a building work going on and you can view that from the balcony but dont let that put you off inside the apartment you can not hear it and they stop around 5pm and the Milan skyline view is bar far the best time of day. Easy instructions and so helpful when we asked questions, would love to stay again when we come back to Milan. The apartment was safe for toddlers and the entire complex was fantastic for toddlers and secure.

The location is superb. It is very easy to get around Milan or do day trips to other cities. There are many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is well maintained, and very quiet at night for a good sleep. I’d stay here again next time I visit Milan.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is a few minutes' walk from the subway. Around the corner are a few smaller shops and bars and a Lidl and Aldi. The apartment is quietly located in a side street in the Precotto district, only the construction site in the neighboring house disturbed us a bit in the morning when sleeping in. Highly recommend!

Claudia was so lovely and accommodating. The place is in a great spot very close to the metro station and supermarket. The building is beautiful and would highly reccomend a stay here.

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in top condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would be happy to be a guest at Nicola's again when I am back in Milan.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Beautiful and very comfortable detached house surrounded by a small wood. Recently renovated, it is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a stay away from home.

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

The apartment was conveniently located near Milano Centrale. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. If you’re not a walker, the metro is very close. There were also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to close the shutters on all windows made it very quiet and dark for a bit of a sleep in. Best of all were the views from the terrace. We loved our stay.

Anna’s place is nice, quiet and with a beautiful terrace. It has lots of space for 4 people. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of places to eat and shop and in a walking distance from duomo. Anna was easy to communicate and responded quickly.

Fabio was very friendly and easy to contact, and he was very thoughtful in taking care of us, such as contacting us when we were having difficulties during the check-in process. Also, the supermarket that was open until late at night was 1 minute away, and it was in a very convenient location to go to Central by tram right from the house. I felt safe because it was a college area, and it was nice to be able to see the Saturday morning market open in the alley right next to it. The house was very clean! I recommend it👍

If I could give the host and this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt bright and welcoming, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Fabio’s place!
