The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Ons luxe appartement (60m2), in de verbouwde stal van een prachtige rietgedekte boerderij, heeft een aparte slaapkamer (2persoons boxspring) met openslaande deuren naar ruime tuin met zitjes, tuinkamer (20m2) en ligstoelen. Het appartement heeft een eigen sauna, bubbelbad, douche en toilet. En fijne woonkamer & haard. Mocht je van een ontbijt of sauna gebruik willen maken, voor een beperkte vergoeding (€12,50 p.p. luxe ontbijt en €50,- sauna voor t hele weekend samen). Minimaal 2 nachten

In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

Keukentje met kookplaat en magnetron is geschikt voor het bereiden van een eenvoudige maaltijd. Fietsen kunt U stallen onder de overkapping in de afgesloten tuin.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!

The vacation home is located near the Hatertse Vennen and the city of Nijmegen. Our place in the countryside exudes tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere and is located in proximity to forests and recreational lakes. The house is luxuriously furnished, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer, there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden (1.30/1.40 m deep), where you can swim.
