Waterfront holiday rentals in Nikiti

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

It is a beautiful place to spend your holiday. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection through awnings. Just down the stairs, already in the sea! Apartment already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay in this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. The various terrace areas in particular invited you to eat, relax and enjoy the time together. The garden was a real paradise for the children. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate at all times – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but a bit cramped for taller people due to the sloping ceilings – especially in the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. The covered barbecue area with a large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki - fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing grills and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just totally nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very beautiful. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

The apartment was ok, it's mostly the balcony which is great direct sea view! The host was kind and attentive to us.
