The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

A truly great place with an outstanding view! Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a special atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Marvellous back yard and a perfect place to spend the nights after a long beach day. Close to the beach and to the restaurants in Nikiti. A few minutes away, by car, there are plenty of paradise beaches. Great communication with the host, all of the family members were very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I did not like was that there weren’t any seasonings in the house and when we wanted to cook we had to spend extra 30 minutes to go find simple things such as salt, pepper and olive oil.

The place was exactly as described and looking in the pictures. Everything clean, we had anything we needed. The place has also a beautiful garden where you can chill. Athina offered us a lot of gifts and goodies: homemade sweets, pizza, fruits. She is such a kind and warm person. The villa is a few minutes away from the beach. We highly recommend the place

We had an amazing stay at Konstantinos' place! From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos greeted us warmly, showing us around and offering great recommendations for the area. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

We thank Andrea for her availability and kindness. The apartment, in a typical village with many restaurants and shops, is ideally located to explore and discover the region. The accommodation is clean, spacious and well-equipped, it feels like home and the parking adjacent to the house is a big plus. An address that we will certainly keep... and highly recommended.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

The three of us felt very comfortable in Vasili's summer house. From the balcony you look at the sea, on the terrace in front of the barbeque you are protected from the sun and in the niche in front of the entrance area from the wind. And to the beach it is a good 20min walk, an all-round relaxing holiday.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Efstathios's place! The house is located in a quiet area near the town of Vourvorou, close to shops and restaurants and yet relatively secluded. We loved the gorgeous garden and the balcony which offered a fantastic view over the little bay. The house was equipped with all amenities we might have needed and check-in was very easy and straightforward. Finally, Efstathios was an excellent host - we had some car troubles and he helped us out tremendously! I would definitely recommend Efstathios's place for a quiet, comfortable stay in the beautiful Vourvorou area.

Great house, next to perfect beach! Everything you need at the place!

We stayed for 10 nights with our two children. The house is very nicely organised with plenty of room for a family. Being in the old town, it was really quiet at night. The solid wooden shutters for the windows also helped in this regard. The furniture is new and the inside has a tasteful design. Our older child liked to browse the many interesting picture books and play in the children’s room. The stone walls kept the house cooler and the air conditioning is well placed in the stair way. A big plus for the dish washing machine in the kitchen. Anna is a great host. She even installed a wall plug outside so we can charge our electric car. It was really useful as we drove to many beaches on Sithonia. The closest supercharger is one hour away. The location of the house also allows for multiple alternatives to bay pass the traffic jams frequent on the main village road. The only possible downside is that the parking space is somewhat narrow, but we managed to park without any issues.

A quiet and peaceful house. Necessary materials and items are available. The design of the house was very beautiful. Car parking is no problem. It is well located to reach beautiful beaches by car. We thank Mr. Dimitris for his hospitality.

We recently stayed at Christos’s place and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Christos and his family made us feel incredibly welcome. We truly felt at home. The Evridiki family was always available for any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The house looks exactly like in the pictures, everything is clean, quality furniture, Wide and clean bathrooms, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For the baby crib they offered us a new sheet. The cleaning lady is present at the location every day in case you need something. They also provided us with an extra, folding, very comfortable bed. The house is close to the beach and restaurants, not 5 minutes on foot.

We had a wonderful week at the Sailor Home. The accommodation is simple, but completely sufficient - we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic location right by the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the tranquility on site ensured perfect relaxation. If you are not expecting luxury, but are looking for nature and relaxation, you have come to the right place. We will be happy to come back!
