Holiday rentals with a patio in Niksic

We had the best time at Villa Chantal The Airbnb is spacious and surrounded by beautiful mountains with plenty of beach bars nearby. The villa is within driving distance to all the main towns and Vika was a great host! Always communicative, friendly and attentive, we were recommended local activities and events happening in the area and she helped us organise taxis when we needed them - would recommend :)

Beautiful apartment with all ammenities you might need. The apartment's location is secluded, so it's quiet and offers plenty of privacy but is still very close to other popular cities like Perast and Kotor. We enjoyed both cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and drinking our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view over boka bay. Because of heavy rains the village suffered two power outages during our stay which unfortunately caused the water pumps to stop working as well. However, after notifying the hosts, they took action immediately and within an hour a worker had arrived and fixed everything. We would certainly book this place again!

We had an awesome stay in Nikolaj’s place. He was very helpful since day 1. We had 1 week stay in his place. We left our luggages earlier than the check-in time. Nikolaj and his family were tidying up after the previous guest, but we were warmly welcomed. When it was our time to check in, everything was already upstairs. The unit felt homey and comfortable with great views from the balcony. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It’s very suitable for family. They had so many plates and cutleries to have meals together :) Nikolaj is friendly and welcoming to his guests. I highly recommend his place to those who visit Montenegro. If you’re travelling with a vehicle, this won’t be a problem. The location is less than 5 mins from Risan where they have supermarkets, restaurant, etc. The pool wasn’t available when we visited unfortunately :( Other than that, everything else was great! Nikolaj drove us to the airport (Tivat) on the last day.

Le logement sur les hauteurs de Risan dispose d'une vue magnifique 😍. A l'écart du centre ville mais accessible à pied (15 à 20min), cela permet d'être au calme. Le logement propose également l'accès à la piscine de la résidence qui est un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes du Monténégro. A l'intérieur, c'était très propre à notre arrivée et totalement fidèle aux photos. L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation qui s'avère extrêmement appréciable car les nuits restent assez chaudes l'été ! Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement sur Risan car nous étions finalement assez proche de nombreux de plusieurs sites touristiques (Kotor, Perast,...) et Risan dispose de plusieurs petites plages sympathiques accessibles facilement. Lors de notre séjour, quand nous avions des questions, nous avons eu à chaque fois une réponse rapide , ce qui permet d'apprécier encore un peu plus le séjours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement si vous êtes de passage dans la baie de Kotor !

Tam resimlerdeki gibi bir evdi. Çok güzel bir manzarası vardı. Temizliğine gerçekten hayran kaldık. Her yer pırıl pırıldı. Çoğu mutfak gereci yeniydi. Ev sahibimiz her zaman yardımcıydı. Ev konumu açısından tamda istediğimiz gibiydi. Sessiz sakin bir ortamdı. Kusursuz bir tatil deneyimi oldu. Nemanjaya tekrar teşekkürler.

The host- Ana was really nice and always responding. She helped us many times. The apartment is in the quiet area, and you need a car to travel flexible because the bus (Blueline) is only one per hour. But the views are worth it. The beauty of Bay of Kotor, while swimming in the private beach is so beautiful. Would recommend anyone

que lugar! ubicado a unos 5 minutos a pie de una hermosa playa, el departamento es amplio, comodo, moderno y con todo lo necesario. Bojana fue una host excepcional! comunicacion impecable, muy dulce con los niños, hasta les regalo chocolates y les presto juegos para la playa. nuestra estancia no podria haber sido mejor. nos encanto hospedarnos aqui, lugar tranquilo, como en casa. ojala podamos volver alguna vez!

We had a nice stay here. The views are nice, it is calm, the town is right below and you can park your car on top.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

The villa was nicely located and very clean, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We did have some issues in one of the rooms with the water and the toilet flush — luckily, the flush was fixed quickly, though the water remained cold. The house is generally well-equipped, especially the kitchen, but we missed a few basic essentials like dishwasher tablets (usually 1–2 are provided), rubbish bags, and a cloth for cleaning kitchen surfaces. Aside from these small things, the stay was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend the property! P.S. Taking out the rubbish is a bit of an adventure — but hey, that’s part of the charm in most southern countries 😉

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Even though we were only staying at Snezana’s place for one night we had a lovely time. We’d had a full on day travelling and then got a little lost on the roads, so didn’t arrive until after 11pm but Snezana was very accommodating of our late arrival. We were very grateful to have a couple of beers already chilled in the fridge, and a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning. The views are stunning and the cabin was immaculate! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Nice clean apartment with all necessities. parking is after a steep and narrow slope so drive carefully.

Būstas puikioje, ramioje vietoje, patogu turint automobilį. Kelios min. iki kelto, šalia gausu paplūdimių. Pats butas jaukus, viskas buvo, ko reikėjo. Pro langus matosi kalnai, įlanka. Kieme švarus ir prižiūrimas baseinas. Minusai: skruzdės balkone ir kambaryje, prastas wifi ryšys, kambaryje šiek tiek trūko švaros. Šeimininkas draugiškas, paslaugus, pavaišino savo gamybos vynu, kalba angliškai. Ačiū už viešnagę, rekomenduojame, tikimės sugrįžti!

The apartment is very nice, well furnished and spacious enough for two people. Everything is clean and tidy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a wonderful location, right next to the sea and has a view of the open sea. Right next to it is a beautiful small beach with natural shade where there are no crowds. The village is small but has 2-3 restaurants, beach bars and a local grocery store with a decent selection of groceries. It is also close to a mussels and sea bream farm with a restaurant where you can eat wonderfully prepared seafood. Everything was great, the hosts are wonderful and we will come again.

Evin manzarası, konumu harikaydı.Sakinlik ve huzur dolu bir mahallede yer alıyor yataktan o manzaraya karşı uyanmak çok güzeldi.Evin temizliği gayet iyiydi.Resimlerde gözükenden daha güzel bir ev gayet memnun kaldık.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Great apartment, the view is amazing!! It's not a huge place, but it has everything you need. Teodora and Stefan are very friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this place!
