Le logement de Ivan est dans un endroit calme et proche du centre et de restaurants où nous avons pu manger. La communication avec Ivan est interessante,il est reactif notamment quand nous avions oublié un vêtement pour le récupérer !

I recommend booking the house without thinking twice. We were absolutely delighted with the place, the house, the clean air, the silence and the landscape. A warm wooden house where you can sleep soundly and have good dreams. You can see the starry sky right in bed and enjoy the wonderful sunrise. Yes, all the amenities are there too. And of course a very friendly host 🤍 Our whole family got the best and unforgettable impressions

Luka's property was lovely to stay for a couple days. The views were great and had a balcony either side of the apartment. Luka was very friendly, well spoken and informative. He was prompt with his messages, and came to find us when we got lost. The kitchen had the basic necessities to be able to use; although I do advise they get an electric kettle - I had to boil water in a pan for morning coffee. The AC was quite noisy, but regardless, it worked and kept us cool. Our only issue was finding the property. The address wasn't clear, so we got lost, with no data on our phones, walking in circles until we eventually found one person who spoke English. The neighbourhood is underdeveloped, (boarded up windows, run down buildings, grafitti on the walls, kids running through the streets late at night, dogs roaming around and people staring at you) so we felt uncomfortable at first, however, we didn't stay in the area long enough to care. Ultimately, I would recommend a stay at Luka's :)

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. The dryer makes all the difference! The owner is super! In my opinion the best apartment in town!

A very nice apartment, located in the central area of Niksic. The apartment has all home appliances it should have for a comfortable stay. Milos was easy to communicate with. Check in/out time and finding the location was very accurate and easy. I highly recommend!

Vojin was a terrific host and very helpful when I reached out to find a local business. The apartment is a fantastic size for an Airbnb probably the largest I’ve seen in my 15 years of using this company. It is located in a secure building on the first floor and there is also a lift in the building. It is a true 1 bedroom with large open plan dining and living area. Kitchen has full oven/stove and a large fridge. Also there’s plenty of hot water, comfy bed and parking out front. Great stay fully recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist herrvoragend es hat unsere erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend wie eine Familie wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es zu jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen! Bravo und ein grosses Dankeschön😁

Nous avons séjourné une nuit chez Vladimir dans la charmante ville de niksic ! Vladimir a été un hôte d’une extrême gentillesse , il nous a permis de se garer sur l’emplacement réservé et nous assurer donc une place de parking ! Concernant le logement il est tout équipé et dispose de tout ce qu’il faut afin de passer un excellent séjour ! Que ce soit la salle de bain qui dispose de tout le nécessaire ou bien la cuisine ainsi que la chambre tout est parfait ! De plus le logement est vraiment au cœur de la ville et proche de nombreux restaurants et activités aux alentours ! N’hésitez pas à demandez à Vladimir ça sera toujours un plaisir pour lui de vous aidez du mieux qu’il peut avec son anglais franchement très bon ! Vladimir nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps dans le logement sans qu’on lui demande rien il nous a juste dit qu’on partait quand on le voulait ! Si vous passez par Niksic foncez y vous ne le regretterez pas du tout !

We enjoyed the stay in Majda’s house. Majda is super host and it was our pleasure to meet such a great person. She was waiting for us till we arrived vary late in the evening. She prepared small and very yummy refreshment and for our children bonbons. The house is located in very calm area wit stunning views. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each day on terrace. Near to the house is canyon wit very nice place for picnic and small swimming in the river. The access to the canyon is only with the guider. Very near to the house is very good restaurant Nevidio with very professional service and super top cusine. All the nature is very near and we made each day trips to mountain. Gorica est très réactif et très sympathique. Les instructions pour trouver la maison et envoyées par message sont très claires et bien détaillées. La maison est un vrai havre de paix. Site superbe juste à quelques mètres du lac. Le calme absolu et une vue superbe. Maison cl fortable avec une bonne literie et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. En plus, kayaks à disposition. Nous les avons utilisés et avons pu nous baigner. Et ne pas oublier le barbecue. Un bon moment pour profiter de la soirée. Le matin, nous avions la visite d'un berger avec ses moutons et chèvres. Bref, un superbe endroit pour qui cherche le calme et la sérénité d'un très bel emplacement.

Het is een prachtig huisje met een prachtige grote tuin waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Natasa is erg vriendelijk! We kregen een erg warm welkom toen we aankwamen bij het huisje. Natasa had allerlei lekkere hapjes klaargemaakt.

The owner was very responsive and friendly, answered all our questions and was always in touch to help us. We had 2 bicycles, a barbecue area, a swimming pool and a real kayak at our disposal! 2 minutes from the house there is the cleanest river Zeta, where we first rode a kayak, walked and swam. We really liked this house and the emotions we experienced!
