There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. The horses walk right around the house, and the chickens also (sometimes) walk freely around. When you have been on a trip during the day, there is time and peace to process the impressions. Den store foldedør mod vandet gør at boligen udvides med terrassen. Synet og lyden af havet fylder hele huset op. Til huset er en 2-personers kajak med redningsveste.

Nearby attractions include Djurs Sommerland about 10 km away and with a drive of about 30 minutes you will find Randers Rainforest, Scandinavian Animal Park, the frigate Jylland, Kattegat Center and Ree Park.
