The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. cozy, newer wooden cottage with kitchen with fridge, microwave and hob, electric mini oven. Underfloor heating in the cabin. Toilet, shower with hot water tank 30l, (short shower) Double bed, sofa, dining table, small terrace. TV and Wi-Fi. The cottage is located in the garden close to our house. We live outside the village of Hjortshøj on the edge of the forest and close to the highway. Dogs are welcome. Rented with bed linen and towels. Distance to Aarhus 12 km, to public transport 600 m. The cottage is not suitable for long-term stays.

Watch the boats come in and follow the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.
