Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nin

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Wir haben uns im Häuschen von Ivancica sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Ausblick auf die Pager Bucht ist unbezahlbar und Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind einfach nur erholsam. Wer Partytrubel und touristische Infrastuktur sucht, ist hier definitiv falsch. Dafür findet man Natur pur mit Vogelgezwitscher und einem großartigen Panorama. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, um sich die wunderschöne, interessante Insel Pag anzuschauen und zum Einkaufen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls wohlgefühlt, denn das Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für zwei Urlaubswochen benötigt. Sehr schön sind die Terrasse und der gemauerte Grill. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Internetverbindung. Ein bisschen haben wir jetzt schon Sehnsucht und wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft! Super modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Toller Pool mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke, Liegen Sonnenschirm. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl in einer ruhigen Gegend in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder in Zadar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach jeden Cent wert!

Sanja is a great host and the place is perfectly clean. It's a cosy place right next to the sea. My mom and I were very happy with it 😊

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Five adults stayed here overnight. Everything was super clean and cozy. Every room has air con, which we did not expect, so this was a great plus for all of us. Beds were super comfy, we enjoyed dinner in the bbq area that was super large and could have fit another 5 probably, we had a cute photoshoot on the swinging egg chair with a lovely leafy and woody bg. The host is very friendly and proactive, so troubles were avoided and no questions arised during our stay. Thank you!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivica und seiner Frau! Die beiden waren so aufmerksam und herzlich, haben einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke ☺️

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

The apartment is great. Very well equiped and super confortable. Damir and his wife are super friendly. 100% recomendable.

Fantastisk sted, meget børnevenligt. Hjælpsomme, imødekommende og lettilgængelige værter. Vi var afsted med vores to børn på hhv 9måneder og 3,5 år. Boligen dejlig rummelig og ren bolig. Simpelt men tilstrækkeligt udstyret køkken, gode senge, rummelige badeværelser og igen, rent. Meget familievenlig planløsning, med værelser i én ende og køkken/bad I den anden ende. Skøn have (dog uden gynge og børnelegetøj som på billedet). 400m nede af vejen finder man en god legeplads ved strandbar og en super børnevenlig lille strand med sand og lavvande. Bemærk, nærmest uden turister. Du kan vælge at gå 800 meter til venstre ad strandpromenade hvor du finde campingplads, legeplads og en masse turister. Indkøb lige om hjørnet som opfyldte alle behov for at lave alle måltider selv. Derudover ligger det blot 10min fra både Nin og Zaton. Nin har en fantastisk strand som er endnu mere børnevenlig. Vi nød vores ophold og ville ikke tøve med at booke stedet igen.

super endroit avec une vue sur la mer magnifique, couché de soleil magique avec la terrasse devant un peu embêté avec l isolation parce que la nuit il faisait froid mais sinon très propre et bien équipé pb d insecte dans la salle de bain au niveau du toilette mais ca fait parti du charme de la nature petit bruit de l autoroute mais ne gêne en rien , en contre bas le restaurant avec une vue sur la mer trop beau merci pour ce sejour

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
