Monthly Rentals in Ninh Hòa

The location is good, apartment have sea view and there’s only 1 minute walk. Apartment was fully equipped with all necessary kitchen and bathroom stuff. Air conditioning is good as well. The only one issue is the light sewage smell in the restroom from time to time. Owner was very friendly and helpful during the stay.

The hotel is in a residential complex, so it's nice because it's quiet and peaceful. The location is really the best. There are many local markets, marts, restaurants, cafes, and beauty salons nearby. Especially, there's a really good rice noodle restaurant nearby, but it's only a 6-minute walk away. It's a quick taxi ride to downtown, so it's not a big burden. It's close to the beach, so it's perfect for a walk. It's not a noisy and touristized area like the city, but it's even better. If you like local, I highly recommend it! The staff is friendly and quick to respond to messages. I couldn't call because I was a SIM chip without a number, but they called the restaurant and made a reservation for me, so I went to the restaurant well. If I travel again later, I want to stay here. Thank you for a month!:)

The room is good, fully corresponds to the photos. Cleaned well, dishes and linens are clean. All appliances are working. The host Steve, was very kind, allowed us to view the property in advance so that we could make sure it was the same as in the listing on the site. The floor is high, a good view from the balcony. The house has a lot of high-speed elevators, everyone worked, there were no lines. Recommended. Convenient location and beach is good.
