If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

On 30 m² there are two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2 to 3 people. Due to some demands: The car is also fully heatable in winter in the shortest time very warm. This makes it habitable both in summer and winter.
