This is a cozy 1LDK single-story house in a quiet villa area, a little away from the gorgeous Niseko ski resort area. The entire building is rented out, like a completely detached two-family house. The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You need a car to get to the shops and restaurants. * Notice: From November 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Niseko Town. The nightly rate includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.

Please use it as a base for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer season, you can also enjoy a barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 2000 yen, with a stove, chairs, tables, dishes, and cooking utensils.Please contact us at the time of booking. This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.
