[About the price] The price is for renting the whole building for up to 4 people, An additional 3,500 yen per person will be charged for 5 or more people. The house is situated in a small peaceful cluster of houses 6km from Niseko ski resort. The house is a Japanese/western style home, . It has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 to 10 people. Additionally there are two living spaces . Everywhere is a short car journey away, so please only consider if you plan to rent a car. *From November 1, 2024, the Niseko Town accommodation tax will be charged. Yotei Chalet #1 is a fantastic 3 bedroom house that comes complete with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Niseko. The House is located in Soga Niseko between Niseko Village and Hirafu Village, two of the best resorts on the Niseko United Pass. The chalet has beds for up to 7 guests. 2 of the rooms have 1 double or two singles and the 3rd room set with two singles. If you have a 7th guest they will be provided with comfy futon bedding

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 4 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place.There are 2 free car parking in the yard.
