Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niterói

Foi ótimo a hospedagem no quarto que o Antônio me cedeu. Quarto e banheiro. Acesso a cozinha no andar de cima e a uma lavanderia ao lado do quarto. Muito agradável o local e muito perto da Lapa. Pra quem quer ficar perto dos roles da Lapa é excelente. E sem ouvir barulho dos bares. Com certeza, voltarei. Ahh, a Mãe do Antônio um senhorinha encantadora e boa de prosa. Um prazer conhecê-los.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Нам понравилось пребывание в доме Марсело. Уютная комната, интересный дизайн дома, общих территорий, достаточно тихо и спокойно. Утром сервируется завтрак, можно приготовить себе кофе. Марсело отзывчивый, добрый, ответственный человек. Нам было очень уютно. Рекомендуем.

Julia a été très gentille et accueillante. C’était très facile de communiquer avec elle et était toujours disponible lorsque nous avions besoin d’elle. Le logement correspond aux photos et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent moment à Santa Teresa. Merci encore pour la gentillesse et l’accueil. Je recommande à 100%

Place was clean and beautifully design. The views are fabulous and the house keepers were friendly and polite. There are quite a few steps to get to the room but I didn’t mind the exercise.

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

Carlota was an amazing host. She was extremely responsive, gave very accurate descriptions of her home, and was a pleasure to speak with. Her home is great for groups and great if you're looking for a home in Rio that is away from the hustle and bustle. Great views!

There is nothing more magical than the neighborhood of Urca. This apartment was great and has everything you need for a great day in the neighborhood.

A estadia foi ótima local espaçoso e arejado, local de fácil acesso para veículos próprios ou Uber a Giulia nos atendeu super bem, sobre o apê com porta facilmente 8 pessoas, e se colocar u Um outro chuveiro no segundo banheiro daria mais uma opção pra quem vai com muita gente mas tirando isso tá tudo certo

El departamento es chico e igual a como sale en las fotos! tal vez sólo 2 personas máximo. Estaba impecable. Tip para viajeros: las luces principales de habitac y living se encienden con los controles remotos que están en la pared. Claudia es un amor de persona, siempre viendo que estemos bien y no falte nada y también dando recomendaciones de lugares/ restaurantes para visitar o cosas para hacer. Obrigada por tudo! :)

Carolina foi uma ótima anfitriã, muito prestativa, sempre respondia rapidamente, o apartamento é bem grande, comporta 6 pessoas tranquilamente, ótimo pra quem viaja em grupo ou em família.

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Unforgettable trip na cidade maravilhosa! 🤩

Achei minha estadia perfeita! A Vera é um amor de pessoa e o lugar é lindo e bem organizado. O horário do café da manhã é bem flexível!! O morro é um lugar tranquilo e as pessoas são muito gentis, conheci restaurantes ótimos lá mesmo. Sou muito grata pela estadia e pretendo voltar mais vezes ❤️❤️

I stayed at CasaJomo Art at the very end of my time in Rio, and I genuinely wish I had found it sooner! The neighborhood had a charming, small-community feel, free from the usual tourist crowds, which made it even more special. The property itself was perfect—beautifully maintained, with spacious and private rooms. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit and delicious offerings each morning. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible family who runs it. Their hospitality is unmatched; they welcomed me with open arms, making me feel safe, cared for, and completely at home. It was clear they simply wanted me to have the best experience possible, and they went above and beyond to make that happen. Would absolutely stay here again!

The stay at Charles' place was one of the best experiences with airbnb! He was a very likeable and supportive host whenever we needed advice and help. He even gave us a sightseeing ride by car when we arrived in Rio and he also filled our purse with a few Reals when we left by taxi as we did not have the full amount for the ride to the airport. That was just excellent! The accomodation itself was new, comfortable and clean. The view from the kitchen over Rio's Botafogo and the equipment to cook was amazing. Parrots and monkeys also come around to say hello... The neighbourhood was also good - central, calm and welcoming. Some people down the street even greeted us on the 2nd day as they knew we were now belonging to the neighbourhood. We felt absolutely safe, also in the dark. You can easily walk to a supermarkt, to the Metro, the Botafogo Beach and the Christ Statue from the accomodation. Next time in Rio we would definitely stay with Charles again! Thanks!
