C'était juste parfait ! La maison est agréable et que dire de la vue !! Seul point négatif, la maison est assez isolée (le quartier de Santa Teresa est super agréable mais un peu éloigné de la vie du Sud de Rio). Prévoyez de tout faire en voiture. De notre côté les transports taxi/uber depuis et vers la maison se sont tous bien passés. Alexis est très sympa, les petits dej excellents :) Encore Merci !!! Quelques petits problèmes d'eau durant notre séjour mais Alexis a tout fait pour que ça ne nous impacte pas. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement :)

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Que apartamento TOP! Já conhecia outros apartamentos do Breno e adoro o suporte rápido e qualificado que ele e sua equipe oferece desde o momento da reserva até o check out. Mas este apartamento é um dos meus favoritos! A localização não podia ser melhor porque fica a 1 quadra e meia da melhor parte de Copacabana que é o posto 5 Padaria, restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e tudo mais realmente perto, em frente ou próximo. Ressalto a quantidade de 4 espaçosos quartos que deixaram minha família super confortável e como é completo o apartamento, roupa de cama e banho, cadeiras e guardo sol de praia só precisamos nos preocupar com nossos passeios. Podem tranquilamente salvar nos favoritos e clicar no perfil do anfitrião e ver todas as outras opções que ele oferece. Parabéns Breno pela sua equipe!

Bruno’s place is very pleasant and better than advertised! The place is so clean and spacious! Bruno is a very gracious host and very attentive. He has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and care free. Definitely would stay here again if ever in Rio.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

If you ever visit Rio this is the place id recommend everyone to stay at. Close to everything our horst Kety and her Husband Edwar we're gracious and fantastic. Clean, spacious, overall amazing!

Eu e minha família gostamos muito da nossa estadia na casa. O local é tranquilo, ideal para descansar e aproveitar momentos em família. A proximidade com a praia foi um grande diferencial, facilitando os passeios e tornando tudo ainda mais agradável. Check-in e Checkout flexíveis, fácil comunicação com a anfitriã. O quintal é espaçoso, perfeito para nossas cachorras brincarem e para todos aproveitarem a piscina. Com certeza foi uma experiência muito positiva e pretendemos voltar!

A casa é maravilhosa, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo, ficamos bem acomodados. O Márcio é um anfitrião incrível, sempre muito simpático e solicito. Nossa viagem foi por causa de um campeonato que viemos participar espero voltar numa outra oportunidade e aproveitar as dicas que ele nos deu.

Nossa estadia no Recanto dos Avós foi maravilhosa. A casa é muito confortável, bem equipada, extremamente limpa. A área externa é bem arborizada com um gramado que é uma verdadeira delícia. A área da piscina é muito boa, de frente para a área da churrasqueira. A comunicação com o anfitrião José é bem tranquila e de rápida prontidão. Juliana, que nos auxiliou no local, também é bem prestativa e solicita. Eu amei o recanto.

Casa excelente! A vista é linda e a casa super confortável, com tudo que precisávamos!! A estadia foi ótima e Ana se mostrou super gentil, nos atendendo rapidamente sempre que pedimos! Inclusive esquecemos alguns itens na casa e ela foi super solícita, prontamente nos auxiliando a recuperá-los! Sem dúvida, valeu super a pena!

Leandro’s place was more beautiful than the pictures! Just steps away from the beach and many beachside restaurants. Leandro himself was such an incredible host. He truly went above and beyond in showing us local places to eat and various things to do. He checked in with us often and always assured us he was one message away if we needed anything. Such an amazing person and so glad to have booked his place and met him. He even went as far as seeing us off at checkout . I hope to visit Niteroi again and stay at Leandro’s beautiful home ! 1000/10 highly recommend!

Uma casa ampla e clássica em um tradicional bairro de Niterói, com tudo pertinho. Fez falta uma garagem, mas o bairro é tranquilo e a rua, bem iluminada durante toda a noite. Destaque para a atenção dada pela anfitriã Beatriz, muito educada e prestativa, dando também ótimas dicas para quem não conhece Niterói!

It was a great weeks-stay with my family. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. While the kitchen was a bit narrow, it was fully equipped with everything you needed, and the option to cook outside on the island benchtop on the patio added a great touch to the experience. The swimming pool was kept spotless with daily cleaning, ensuring it was always ready for a refreshing dip. The nearby lagoon added to the scenic beauty, though the presence of mosquitoes made insect repellent a must-have. The internet was fast and reliable, except for an occasional disruption every few days, which was easily resolved with a simple modem restart. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner and several kiosks along the ocean esplanade offering drinks and snacks. A grocery store was only hundreds of meters from the house, making it easy to grab necessities. Daisy was warm and attentive. Thank you, Daisy :)

Piratininga é lindo, fiquei na casa da Marcia pq a minha está em obra. Muito próxima a minha que tb alugo aqui na Airbnb. Foi tudo tranquilo.

Nossa estadia foi incrível !!! A localização da casa é privilegiada , ao pé da montanha , com uma paisagem deslumbrante e muita paz !!! A casa é ampla , com tudo muito bem conservado e equipada com tudo o que precisamos . As roupas de cama e de banho foram fornecidos pela anfitriã , o que nos facilitou bastante . A área externa é excelente , com uma piscina muito boa e uma ampla área de churrasqueira . Marciléia e seu esposo foram maravilhosos para nossa estadia . Nos atenderam muito bem e prontamente sempre que precisávamos !!! Contratamos seus serviço para cozinhar e arrumar a casa , o que fez toda a diferença para passarmos momentos relaxantes e sem preocupações !!! Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos !!!!

Great place Very comfortable home for a group or family stay. The house have all what needed, we felt just at home. The location is amazing, walking distance from Sao Francisco beach (10-15min), supermarkets (5min) and various restaurants options. Still far enough to feel private. Completely safe location.
