St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with a baby in a cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

With private-off street parking, with EV charger, the cottage is just two minutes’ walk from Ventnor's compact town centre and under ten to the beach and coast path. Tastefully refurbished and fully equipped, the cottage boasts a terraced garden, with stunning views over Ventnor Bay and the Victorian townscape. An ideal base to explore from.

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Cosy coastal cottage

Recently fully refurbished cottage, re-opened as an airbnb in May 2024. We are situated in the most southerly village on the Island right on the coastal footpath. A beautiful secluded cottage with lovely walks all around us. Ideal for those looking for some peace with the local village just a 5 min walk away and the beach just a 15 min walk. The cottage itself is really comfortable with 100% cotton or linen bedding. Treat yourself with hot tub hire (at an additional cost).

Tucked into the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty, Fircones is a cosy, purpose built holiday cottage which looks out over beautiful farmland towards Hoy Monument. Short drive to some of the islands wonderful beaches. With a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and twin beds in the second bedroom, Fircones is ideal for families, cyclists, walkers and anyone who enjoys escaping to the country. Short drive to Ventnor, Freshwater and Newport.

****1 of 2***** Semi-detached modern & spacious 2 bedroom house. Just a 2 muinute walk to the cliff top path that takes you to the lovely sandy beaches of Lake. The property comes with 1 off street parking space and a courtyard garden. Lake sits between Sandown & Shanklin where you can walk along the beach or cliff top path to either place. Local amenities & train station are in easy walking distance.

Family cottage near beautiful cove

Our three bedroom, three bathroom stone cottage was extensively renovated and maintained to a high specification. It is nestled in a sheltered spot on a quiet road a short walk from Steephill Cove. It comfortably sleeps six (and maybe a couple of extra children!). Please note that during school summer holidays we are only able to operate check in/out on Saturday.

The Studio @ Woodcliffe

All you could want in a Studio flat - comfort, light, good shower and kitchen, double bed & wardrobe on mezzanine floor (steep-ish stairs, restricted head room), sofabed. Private parking, no sea view but use of large sea view garden. Peaceful, clean and well appointed. Sorry, not suitable for children or pets.
