This was an absolutely stunning place to stay in. Not only is the cabin very charming and cosy, but also the garden, the people and the animals made our stay very special. we loved the nearby lake and also how close this accommodation was to durmitor. Jelena even organized a baby cot for us! 1000% recommendation!

A beautiful location. Slavica and family were the perfect hosts. Food was fabulous, we had breakfast and dinner both nights. Nothing was too much effort. We were made to feel very welcome. Slavica arranged Tara rafting for us which was a great day out. A truly memorable stay. Hope to be back!

We (2 adults and 1 child) felt very comfortable in Željka's forest hut from the beginning. Durmitor National Park is perfectly accessible. The cottage is quietly located on the edge of the forest and equipped with everything you need for a few days. In Zabljak (about 9 km) there are two large supermarkets and good bakeries. Željka was always easy to reach and provided us with good tips for the area. We were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend the forest hut to nature lovers. The access via the dirt road can also be done with a normal small car.
