Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

Could have felt more like home and Mandy was diligent about checking in and was very responsive. Centrally located nearby Nobby and Mermaid, so very easy to get around. The accommodations were great and made a two week trip so easy. Many thanks for great hospitality and the house. Totally trivial in the grand scheme, but just a helpful hint to others, the markings for the stove burners and oven have worn and make cooking a little adventurous, so start slow and feel your way around with some trial and error. Because of our stay duration we cooked ourselves a few times and everything worked great. Totally irrelevant if you're dining out or getting take away. It was our first trip to AUS and Mandy made us feel very welcome.

We found this place very well presented, with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable from laundry to kitchen and relaxing in the lounge or on the front porch.

Really really good, might be good to mention the roadworks on Gold Coast Hwy so make sit difficult to get onto the street.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! Alfredo and Davide were absolutely fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From providing helpful local tips to quickly answering any questions I had, they made sure my experience was seamless. The space itself was cozy and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, it was clear that the host really cares about their guests. Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

We had a lovely stay at David's space in Mermaid Beach. The location was perfect, less than a 1min walk from the beach and a 10min walk to the heart of Broadbeach where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. The private pool was a lovely bonus that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy due to some bad weather. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would stay again!

This is the most beautiful house I booked ever ! My friends and I really enjoyed it. We did lots of things such as BBQ on the patio, worked out in the gym and swam in the infinity pool. The stunning sunrise can be seen from the living room, and the peaceful wave sounds can be heard. Also, there is a famous pizza restaurant at down stairs and there are so many lovely beaches. It’s a healing place!!

This was a lovely place to stay! The beds were comfortable and the space was clean and neat. Easy to access and find as well.

Have stayed at the resort numerous times and always enjoyed the facilities and location. The two large pools are fantastic and well maintained, the gardens have a tropical feel and also well maintained, and it is great to walk out the back of the resort and be next to the beach. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Anita’s unit is well furnished, and she provided a great welcome pack of goodies. Unit highly recommended.

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. I booked this apartment for family, and they had an excellent stay. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and matched the listing description and photos. The facilities - pool, gym and BBQ area were all top-notch and easily accessible. Communication with the host was exceptional; they were responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

We had a great stay at Natalie's place! We stayed for 5 weeks as we have recently relocated to the GC and waiting for our house to be ready. Natalie's townhouse was a home away from home. It was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable and had lots of home comforts that made it ideal for a long stay. Kitchen was well decked out and it had a great laundry too. Have to mention the beds were incredibly comfy and the area was really quiet throughout the day/night. Location wise we were walking distance to so much, was great to walk to some awesome cafes in the area like Paddock and Palm Springs as well as the playgrounds for our daughter. As a host Natalie was quick to respond and made us feel really welcome in her home. She was also very understanding when we had to make some changes to our stay due to Cyclone Alfred. Would definitely stay their again and happy to recommend to others. A great spot in Burleigh Waters!

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!
